Rob joined the business in 2011 after a mutual friend made an introduction to Impulse MD, Craig Wright. Progressing through the business from Sales Engineer to Sales Director, and now one as of the business owners, Rob brings over 20 years of technical sales, marketing, and customer focussed experience to the team.
Responsibilities
Rob is responsible for defining the sales and marketing strategy to ensure we achieve our business growth plans, but also remains customer focussed by looking after a handful of our key customers. Over the years Rob has spent time developing relationships with our technology partners to ensure we continue to offer new
products and technologies that will benefit our customers. An early adopter of technology, more recently Rob has been heavily involved in our drive to introduce new software systems and processes, helping steer the business through a period of digital transformation.
Outside work
A devoted father of two boys, a self-proclaimed foodie and a classic car lover, Rob spends time outside work following his sons football team, going on days out with family, and when time allows, playing the odd round of golf or game of tennis.
