The EKI-2701HPI uses PoE (Power over Ethernet), with this capability the EKI-2701HPI can transfer both data and electrical power to Ethernet-enabled devices using a standard CAT5 cable.

The EKI-2701HPI is compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at and inject 30W for PD device. The EKI-2701HPI supports a wide range of temperature range between -40°C to +75°C and support wide power input range of 24V to 48V DC.

RMA

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).

When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.

Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
