Last month, two of our valued team members, Connor Richardson and Matt Westwood, travelled to the vibrant city of Munich in Germany to gain their MOXA Technical Support Certification (MTSC).
The city, known for its rich history and as one of Europe’s top-ranking tech hubs, provided the perfect backdrop for their certification training.
MOXA is a trusted manufacturer of industrial networking, computing, and automation solutions. Their products are integral to the operation of various industrial applications worldwide.
The MTSC certification is a prestigious credential that signifies a high level of expertise in MOXA’s technologies and solutions. It is designed to enhance the technical capabilities of professionals like us, enabling us to provide superior support and effectively manage the MOXA products we supply.
After a welcoming tour of MOXA’s Munich HQ in April, our team began their training. This included presentations and demos, hands-on practice, and exams with a minimum pass criteria of 80%.
Both Connor and Matt passed their exams with flying colours and are now certified in the categories of Industrial Networking Infrastructure, Industrial Network Security, Intelligent Devices, and Intelligent Systems.
The successful completion of the MTSC certification marks a significant milestone for us at Impulse. Their hard work elevates the quality of the dedicated technical support we offer to our customers, as well as our support through the sales cycle as an official UK MOXA distributor.
