UNO-137 industrial-grade
IoT edge computer features an Intel Atom E3940 quad-core processor, and a modular base unit that can be integrated with an optional extension kit, with flexible configuration options to cater for a wide variety of applications. In addition, UNO-137 supports a range of edge software, including CODESYS and Advantech’s WISE-DeviceOn and DAQNavi software, making it the ideal platform for developing industry-specific IoT solutions.
Compact and Ruggedised for Industrial Use
The UNO-137 is designed as an edge controller for
industrial automation applications and has DIN-rail mounting and front-facing I/O for quick installations in space-limited environments and cabinets. The UNO-137 is compliant with IEC-61010 safety standards, with industrial ruggedised features such as extended operating temperature -40°C to +70°C, wide input voltage 10V to 36V DC, 2.5kV isolated digital I/O and serial comms. For hardware-based security the UNO-137 supports TPM2.0, making it ideal for industrial-grade equipment and control cabinet applications.
Modular Form Factor for Flexible Configuration and I/O Expansion
The UNO-137 base unit has a modular design featuring two expansion slots, one mPCIe for expansion and one M.2 3052/3042 B-key suitable for superfast 5G cellular cards. Furthermore, the UNO-137 can be equipped with an optional extension kit that features an
iDoor expansion slot. iDoor is Advantech's proprietary expansion system that allows for a wide range of I/O such as Fieldbus, PoE and Ethernet, cellular and wireless, digital I/O and serial comms expansions to be integrated to increase the system functionality and support for a diverse range of applications.
Application-Oriented Solution with Integrated Edge Intelligence
The UNO-137 is an application-oriented edge system with extensive software and feature support, like DAQNavi for failure prediction and prevention, CODESYS for real-time PC-based logic control, and WISE-DeviceOn to provide support for remote device management via one of the many communication options open to the UNO-137.
