These products come with a standard five year manufacturer warranty.

Extended Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in extended wide temperature environments. They are capable of running below -20C and above +70C and offer further protection than standard wide temperature rated products.

Wide Voltage

These devices and systems have been designed to accept a wide voltage DC power input. This feature is desirable in the industrial market where a fixed voltage level or mains AC power cannot be guaranteed.

DIN-rail mountable

These devices have been designed to be mounted directly on to an industry standard DIN-rail.

Fanless

These products use heatsink, heatpipe and extrusion technology to dissipate the heat generated by the system rather than using traditional fans thus improving system reliability and longevity.

RoHS

This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

CE

CE is a mandatory standard for products on the market in the European Economic Area. By CE marking a product, the manufacturer ensures that the item meets the essential safety requirements set out in the applicable CE directive.

The ioThinx 4530 from Moxa is an advanced modular controller product that is unique in both hardware and software design, making it an ideal solution for a variety of industrial data acquisition (DAQ) applications. It comes with an on-board NXP iMX7D RISC processor, 512MB of DDR3, 8GB of eMMC storage and a MicroSD slot for additional storage (up to 32GB) as well as Moxa Industrial Linux with secure boot function.

The ioThinx 4530 has support for 64 expansion slots and takes advantage of Moxa's unique mechanical design allowing for tool-free and fast installation and removal of 4500 series I/O expansion modules giving you extensive flexible choices to match the needs of your application.

With Edge-to-Cloud computing becoming an ever more important aspect of industrial IoT, the ioThinx 4530 has built-in Azure/AWS/Alibaba SDK libraries allowing you to develop systems quickly and easily to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). It also comes with built-in OPC UA server libraries for effective communications.
