The MINI-AI-520 from Aaeon features the energy-efficient Kneron KL520 Neural Processor Unit (NPU) in a full-size MiniPCI Express form factor that’s equally cost-efficient. The KL520 provides efficient AI computing performance of 0.56 TOPS per watt, perfect for remote, mobile and unmanned applications.
The KL520 is made up with dual ARM Cortex M4 processors which can serve as a co-processor in any system with a mini PCIe slot. It's low power design and easy integration makes it well-suited for applications including smart locks, security cameras, drones, smart home appliances and robotics.
