CE

FCC Approved

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent agency of the United States government that sets standards and governs the testing of conducted and radiated emissions such as EMI.

RoHS

This product fully adheres to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, RoHS for short.  The directive covers the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and was adopted in February 2003 by the European Union.

Wide Temperature

These products utilise high quality industrial grade components enabling them to work in wide temperature environments. They are capable of running as low as -20C and as high as +70C.

Wide Voltage

These devices and systems have been designed to accept a wide voltage DC power input. This feature is desirable in the industrial market where a fixed voltage level or mains AC power cannot be guaranteed.

Hot-swap

A hot swap is the replacement of a hard drive, CD-ROM drive, power supply, or other device with a similar device while the computer system using it remains in operation. The replacement can be because of a device failure or, for storage devices, to substitute other data.

M.2

M.2, formerly known as the Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF), is a specification for internally mounted computer expansion cards and associated connectors. M.2 replaces the mSATA standard, which uses the PCI Express Mini Card physical card layout and connectors. Employing a more flexible physical specification, the M.2 allows different module widths and lengths, and, paired with the availability of more advanced interfacing features, makes the M.2 more suitable than mSATA in general for solid-state storage applications

PCI Express

PCI Express, officially abbreviated as PCIe or PCI-e, is a high-speed serial computer expansion bus standard, designed to replace the older PCI, PCI-X and AGP bus standards.

TPM

Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is an international standard for a secure cryptoprocessor, a dedicated microcontroller designed to secure hardware through integrated cryptographic keys.

Windows 10

This system can be supplied with Windows 10 configured to your specification, including disk partitioning, driver and software installations, along with Windows feature setup and application-specific configuration.

USB3

This system features USB3 ports for fast communication to peripheral devices.

Neousys' Nuvo-8108GC-XL is a rugged edge AI platform built to support the NVIDIA RTX 3000 series GPU cards including the RTX 3080. Offering GPU performances of up to 29.8 TFLOPS in FP32 calculations the Nuvo-8108GC/XL is perfect for Edge AI inference and other GPU-accelerated computing applications.

With the demand for GPU driven computing on the increase and being applied in areas like autonomous driving, vision inspection and surveillance, users have been asking for more and more computational power. Neousys have designed found a way to fit more power into a small footprint by using their patented heat dissipation design, damping brackets and the patent-pending GPU press bar.

In addition to supporting the NVIDIA RTX 3000 GPU cards, the Nuvo-8108GC-XL also features a workstation-grade Intel C246 chipset that supports Intel Xeon E, 9th or 8th Gen. Core multi-threaded processors, four SO-DIMM memory slots supporting up to 128GB EEC or non-EEC DDR4 memory modules and a M.2 NVMe socket offering the fastest disk performance, one 2.5” hot-swap HDD/SSD bay and one internal 2.5" HDD/SSD bay with support for RAID 1/0.

The Nuvo-8108GC-XL also features front-accessible dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and 8x USB3.1 ports all with screw lock cable mechanisms for added security. There is additional break out ports provided on the case to suit a variety of expansion card options that the additional two PCIe x16 and two PCIe x8 slots can offer.
