The SOM200RD-XI is a flexible system-on-module board powered by the low power DM&P Vortex86DX 800MHz system-on-chip with lithium battery backup. Its energy efficient and fanless design ensures the board only needs 1.7W of power and can run off a single 5V DC feed.
As standard, the SOM200RD-XI is 16-bit x-ISA bus compliant and can support up to four USB 2.0 ports, five RS-232 ports, two 16-bit GPIO ports, an IDE port, and a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port. The board manufacturer, iCOP, owns the designs of both the SoM and processor, ensuring extended lifetime availability and strict revision control.
