The SOM304RD-VI is a flexible system-on-module board powered by energy efficient DM&P Vortex86DX system-on-chip. Its energy efficient and fanless design ensures the board only needs 3.2W of power and can run off a single 5V DC feed.
As standard, the SOM304RD-VI is ISA bus compliant and can support up to four USB2.0 ports, five RS-232 ports, two 16-bit GPIO ports, an IDE port, and a 10/100Mbps Ethernet port. The board manufacturer, Icop, owns the designs of both the SoM and processor ensuring extended lifetime availability and strict revision control.
