The VDX3-ETX is a flexible ETX CPU module powered by the ultra low-power DM&P Vortex86DX3 1.0GHz system-on-chip. It's energy efficient and fanless design makes the module ideal for low power OEM system designs.
As standard, the VDX3-ETX can support up to four USB 2.0, two serial, IDE, SATA, parallel and Gigabit Ethernet ports. The board manufacturer, iCOP, owns the designs of both the SoM and processor, ensuring that extended lifetime availability (until 2024) and strict revision control is guaranteed. The VDX3-ETX is designed to be mounted on to a carrier board to utlise the I/O and storage capabilities of the module.
