As Impulse continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome new faces and celebrate recent changes within our staff.
We’ve expanded our team over the past few months with new team members who are already elevating our capabilities and culture. Whether they’re strengthening our technical expertise or broadening our reach across key areas, these new colleagues bring unique perspectives and energy to our office.
Here’s some insight into the recent changes at Impulse:
Chris joined our team this year as a new Trainee Production Technician. His enthusiasm and self-taught skills engaging with computers and electronics as a hobby have driven him to pursue a professional role in PC assembly.
Chris has already made a great start at Impulse, and is now working on orders that make it to our workshop.
Liz joined us in 2024 as an Accounts Administrator. Working closely with Annette Starkey and Liz Hill in the Finance team, she manages accounts payable and receivable, reconciles statements, and ensures the accuracy of financial records.
Liz brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our team, having worked extensively in office and accounting roles throughout her career. Her blend of professional knowledge and life experience makes her a valuable asset to us at Impulse.
Joe is the most recent addition to our Tech team as a Technical Support Engineer, working closely with Chris Durose on Research and Development projects. Joe has over five years of experience in IT and Communications in the RAF, bringing a commitment to technical excellence and an eye for detail from his military career.
He is eager to broaden his industry knowledge and experience, and his hands-on approach makes him a valuable addition to our Technical Support team.
Marketing Team Shake-Up
Jess first joined Impulse at the end of 2022 as our Customer Support Advisor, bringing previous experience in similar sales administration roles.
Her passion for creativity and digital trends led her to transition into the Marketing team in 2024 as a Digital Marketing Assistant. Jess is eager to learn and is quickly building her skills, bringing fresh perspectives and a customer-focused approach to our digital marketing efforts.
Having joined Impulse in 2023, Matt became our Marketing Manager and Data Lead in 2024. He manages our wider Marketing team and influences our product and marketing strategies by analysing market data.
Louisa joined our Marketing team in 2023, and became Content Marketing Manager in 2024. She creates and manages the content on our various channels as well as supporting the journey of our brand identity.
